The Old Rainier Brewery is a historic landmark building located in the heart of the SODO district in Seattle. The original 24 buildings were converted into a 220,000 leasable square feet complex, and is home to a variety of small businesses in technology and the arts. As a multi-use development, the Arts Brewery provides affordable artist studio dwellings and work loft offices for several creative companies and non-profit organizations. Construction for the majority of this project was completed in 2008.

This 182,000 sq. ft. property consists of retail along Airport Way, 3 stories of self storage, and 6 floors of WORKloft space. WORKloft tenants will enjoy a large outdoor courtyard with access off the 5th floor consisting of a ruminating water feature, gas fire pits with sitting areas and bistro seating throughout. Other features include two rooftop decks with breathtaking views of the city, private conference rooms and breakrooms on every floor. Multiple layouts and vantage points available from courtyard views, to unobstructed views of the Olympic Mountains and Downtown Seattle.

Construction was completed in 2010.
